Many teams have
become increasingly sophisticated in the range of structures and
processes they use to keep them working well and progressing towards
their objectives. My value comes from operating as an external
facilitator - someone who can help with meeting process, so that the
team can focus on making their contributions and getting content and
decisions right. Sometimes it can be useful to take ‘time-out’ to
review group effectiveness.
I use my psychological insights to enable
teams to critique what they are doing, and if they are going about
things in the best way. My expertise lies in enabling intra and
interpersonal effectiveness, and I partner with professionals with
complementary skill sets where appropriate (e.g. business strategy
experts).

"It was good to have someone else
managing process and time for us... and useful to have clear
outcomes and a structured process to work to."
